Hello, wonderful friends and family!
We are so excited to celebrate our special day with you and are thrilled to have you here on our wedding website. This will be your go-to spot for all the details about our big day—from the ceremony and reception info to accommodation options, the recovery breakfast, and everything in between.
We’ve packed this site with everything you need to know to make celebrating with us as easy (and fun) as possible. Feel free to explore, get excited, and start counting down with us!
Now, a quick update…
As some of you may know, due to some unexpected family conflict, we’ve made the decision to change our wedding location. While it wasn’t what we originally planned, it’s a change that feels right and necessary for us. Along with the shift in venue, some family members will no longer be attending which, in truth, brings us a huge sense of peace.
What this means for us is something really beautiful: we get to celebrate surrounded only by people who are truly in our corner. People who cheer loudly for us. This change has only made us more grateful for the incredible people in our lives. It means that when we do gather to celebrate, we’ll be surrounded entirely by those who love us deeply, support us wholeheartedly, and truly want the best for us.
We’re so excited to gather with our people, and we can’t wait to dance, laugh, and toast with all of you who lift us up.
Our new venue is: Wallalong House
76 Wallalong Rd, Wallalong
The date stays the same, but please note that the ceremony will now begin at 2:00 PM. Everything else will roll on with just as much joy, laughter, and dancing—just in a slightly different (but just as beautiful) setting.
To make things easy, we’ll be organising a bus to and from the new accommodation location:

No need to worry about driving or directions—just hop on the bus, relax, and get ready to celebrate! We'll confirm the exact pickup and drop-off times closer to the date. (See more info below)
We’d be so grateful if you could confirm that this new location and transport option work for you. If there are any changes we should be aware of, don’t hesitate to reach out. If the venue change affects your plans or agreement in any way, let us know and we’ll do our best to sort it out quickly.

Our wedding location offers a splendid mix of Georgian and Victorian architecture, a pear-tree-lined driveway, 1830's sandstone stables with original cobblestone flooring and massive two hundred year old fig trees with breathtaking elevated views of the surrounding farmland.
With the sun setting over the valley and a glass of wine never too far away, this spot is nothing short of magical.
Surrounded by good wine, great company, and even better views, we can’t wait to say “I do” in a place as beautiful as this moment will be.
RECEPTION
Canapés, dinner and dancing inside Reception Tent following the ceremony.
If there’s one thing Vic was absolutely certain about when planning this wedding, it’s that the food had to be next level.
Expect amazing canapés and a mouthwatering menu inspired by the best of Italian and American cuisine, leading into delicious mains for a sit-down meal—because what’s a celebration without incredible food, great wine, and some bloody amazing cocktails? (Or as Bayley calls them, salubrious.)
After dinner, we’ll swiftly cut the cake—ensuring no hospital trips in the process—before unveiling a dessert grazing board so spectacular, Martha Stewart herself would drop dead with envy.
With an amazing band setting the vibe, the night will be everything it should be—a celebration filled with dancing, laughter, and a few cocktails that might just inspire some questionable dance moves.
So get ready to dance your heart out, take way too many photos, and make this a night to remember!
And don’t worry—the little ones (and the big kids at heart) won’t be forgotten! We’ve got activities to keep them fed, entertained, and happy all night long so everyone can relax and enjoy.

After a night of good food, great cocktails, and questionable dance moves, we are working on hosting a recovery brunch the next day for a well-earned BBQ breakfast.
Kick back, relax, and refuel with a proper feed, a strong coffee (or three), tea, water, and of course, Hydralyte for those who went a little too hard.
Drive safe, reminisce on the best wedding you’ve ever been to, and know that we are so grateful to have shared this incredible celebration with you. See you bright and early (or whenever you can manage to crawl out of bed)!

Stay & Ride With Us
We’ve locked in Hunter Oasis as our go-to accommodation for guests—it’s just a short hop from the venue and perfect for kicking back before and after the big day.
Even better? We’re putting on a party bus (okay, a regular one—but still fun!) to take everyone to and from the wedding at Wallalong House. No need to stress about directions or designated drivers—just hop on, ride in style, and focus on having an epic time.
Accommodation
We've reserved rooms for our guests at Hunter Oasis Morpeth for two nights. Rooms are currently on hold until May 10, 2025, so we recommend booking early to secure your stay.

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift we could ask for. We are so grateful to have each of you celebrating this special day with us!
If you were thinking of giving a gift, we would love for you to contribute to our wishing well instead. This will help us begin this new chapter together— Vic has eyed off a few items she is dying to purchase post-wedding to bring our family life to another level such as a stainless steel cookware set and Le Creuset casserole dutch oven. The best way to look after Bayley, Eloise and all future children is to keep their bellies full of home-cooked meals.
